2.4 One Account Policy

The void-and-return policy applies regardless of whether the error appeared to benefit or disadvantage the player. Any winnings paid as a result of an error in game logic, odds calculation, or settlement algorithm are not valid and must be returned upon request.
Account Suspension & Closure
w6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time.
8.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing the account, w6666 will settle any pending bets at the applicable odds, process any outstanding withdrawal requests, and return the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.
8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
w6666 may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information
- Evidence of underage access (the account holder is under 18 years of age)
- Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Evidence of collusion, use of automated betting tools, or bonus abuse
- Player-requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme
- Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Privacy and Data
